7 Secrets to gain victory over Stress

1.Wake up early – Studies have shown that the light of dawn alerts your body to wrap up your dreams, raises your body temperature, and begins releasing the hormones you need to function throughout the day.

2.Pray/meditate – Pray to the Almighty.This will help to find strength from within.Please take  30 minutes on a holiday and spent time in a quiet corner of your garden/balcony(on a full moon night-if its possible) or in a room where there is ample air passage,Please don’t forget to switch off your mobile.

3.Breathing exercise- empty your lungs with a large sigh. Then, breathe in deeply from your belly on up, hold your breath, and exhale slowly.Follow the 4-7 -8 rule. (4-second inhale,7-second hold, 8-second exhale.)This simple exercise sends better oxygen content to your cells, improving your health and ridding yourself of the stress.

4.Have a written plan – It’s always nice to have a plan for your day.You should pen down point after point what all things should be done.This will help you to avoid tension and have a smooth sail.

5.One thing at a time – Only one task into your thoughts at a time – the one thing you are involved with right now will improve your productivity, decrease mental mistakes, and relieve your mind of feeling overwhelmed as well as your body of feeling physically stressed out and drained.

6.Listening to your favorite music,(I would recommend something romantic) not only helps you to take off your worries but also reduces blood pressure and a rapid heart beat.

7.Laugh – laughter lowers blood pressure, reduces stress hormones,fine tunes your skin, and boosts immune function.Grab a joke book,or watch your favorite comedy movie.
